Dr. Dan Dai is a machine learning researcher at the Digital Lifecycle Management Group. Her core expertise is data analysis and mining, designing models to feature learning for different tasks. She currently joins the EPSRC project 'MSI - Research Centre for Smart, Collaborative Industrial Robotics'. The main role is to utilize machine learning, cloud computing, real-time optimization for the temporal signals and spatial data, make quality control in the assembly process, create a closed-loop in-process digital twin, augmented and virtual reality technologies for the decision studio for HRC system. Anand Mohan is a CAE simulations and VR/AR researcher at the Digital Lifecycle Management Research Group. His core research focus is multi-physics FEM/CAE simulation, process monitoring, closed loop control, real-time simulation and VR/AR technology.
