Our focus, and role within the Smart Cobotics Centre, is designing, simulating, testing, validating and verifying human-robot collaboration.

Within the Department of Design, Manufacturing and Engineering Management (DMEM) at the University of Strathclyde, we aim to take Industry 4.0 technology such as the Digital Twins, Internet of Things, Cloud technology, AI and Advanced Robotics to the next level, providing novel technologies and innovative solutions that benefit the human, society, and the environment to achieve resilience and sustainability in a true Industry 5.0 sense.
